XOJET - Western Region Maintenance Facility This facility had previously been a large spray booth for the military. XOJET intended for the facility to become their Western Region Maintenance Facility. Strict code requirements were in effect to allow the facility to operate as the client desired. More than 200 linear feet of shaft walls were constructed to allow for the fire separation between the airplane hangar and the occupied office spaces within the hangar and in the attached building behind the hangar.
